Welcome to Woodlawn Villas, Koh Tao, Thailand.

We are a family run resort comprising of six fully serviced private residences; a delightful selection of villas and suites.

Located at the end of a private road, we are surrounded by two acres of coconut palm trees and tropical gardens; an ideal habitat for vibrantly coloured butterflies that so often grace us with their presence around Woodlawn Villas grounds.

The private road leading to our accommodation is flat and easily accessible making it ideal for walking, cycling, or even strolling with a push chair. Our location is quiet and secluded but only 300m from the main street, where you will find a supermarket, a variety of restaurants and bars, coffee shops, pharmacies, spa and massage treatments and most importantly some of the islands most beautiful white sandy beaches.

Our island holiday accommodation is a reflection of both Thai and Western architecture. Each of the holiday villas and suites comprise of modern furnishings & fittings, thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and comfort. In each holiday home you will find a diverse collection of Thai & Balinese artwork, wood carvings and ornaments that we have acquired whilst travelling around asia.

Twilight Villa

Set amongst sun drenched gardens, and coconut palms the Twilight Villa is ideal for families and groups of friends on holiday. This exquisite villa provides peace, quiet and serenity with only the sounds of nature in the background.

Located at the end of a private road, we are surrounded by two acres of coconut palm trees and tropical gardens. Conveniently located to be just a short walk from the supermarket, restaurants, cafe’s and the beach.

Reflecting both Thai and Western architecture, a covered patio with al fresco dining, surrounds the property providing respite from the heat of the day. Also a great vantage point for watching the magnificent display of stars in the evening.

The entrance through Teakwood double doors leads into an open plan living area with 42? Flat Screen TV, comfortable sofas, six seated indoor dining table and fully fitted kitchen. High vaulted ceilings throughout the villa allow for natural cooling. Combined with 4 sets of contemporary folding glass doors which open out onto the patio throughout the villa.

The spacious interior features 3 air conditioned bedrooms, including a master suite, each equipped with a king size bed and their own ensuite bathrooms. Expansive private gardens surround the 240 sqm property making it ideal for bbq’s, sun bathing or even playing outdoor games. This beautiful holiday home can sleep 6 people, with the option of additional bedding it can accommodate up to 8 people.

The Garden Suites benefit from their slightly elevated position facilitating cool breezes, whilst commanding spectacular day time views of the coconut palms and granite bolders piercing through the canopy.

These delightful Garden Suites provide peace, quiet and serenity with only the sounds of nature in the background. Located at the end of a private road, we are surrounded by two acres of coconut palm trees and tropical gardens. Conveniently located to be just a short walk from the supermarket, restaurants, cafe’s and the beach.

The entrance through a private balcony and contemporary folding glass doors, leads into an open plan living area with a 27" Slim line TV and comfortable sofas. The interior provides a four seated indoor dining table, fully fitted kitchen with oven and storage room. Outdoor furniture is also provided.

The bedroom interior features a king size bed, ample wardrobe space, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. Each suite comprises over 60 sqm with modern furnishings & fittings, thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and comfort. These beautiful holiday homes can sleep 2 people, with the option of additional bedding it can accommodate up to 4 people.
