We offer the discerning traveller a choice of a one or two bedroom villa directly on the beach front. When we say directly, we mean directly. When the tide is high it is possible to jump from the pool side or pool deck directly into the emerald green water of Chalok Baan Kao Bay.

Both villas are designed in to impress the eco-conscious traveller with generous usage of natural materials to compliment the luxurious facilities, which include:

Other facilities & Location
The villas are located close to shopping facilities and breakfast is served in adjacent beach front restaurant, where from room service can also be ordered if required.

The are several dive centers in the vicinity and good snorkeling is very close by foot.

Please be aware that since this villas is right on the beach front, you cannot expect total privacy when you are swimming in your pool etc. as there is no private beaches on Koh Tao. About once a week, there is also a possibility of some noise from party in beach bars, however, this will also affect other resorts on Chalok Baan Kao beach.

GETTING HERE
Koh Tao is located in The Gulf of Thailand, just a short boat ride from our famous big sister Koh Samui.

From Koh Samui
Most guests would typically be arriving from Koh Samui and the only possible way is by boat as there is no airport on Koh Tao.

It is possible to fly to Koh Samui directly from both Phuket, Krabi, Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and a number of other destinations with Bangkok Airways by.. Thaifly . From Koh Samui we recommend you the 1 1/2 hours voyage with The Seatran Ferry which leaves Bangrak Beach on Koh Samui twice daily: at 8.00 am and 12 midday. Bookings can be made online or we will of course be happy to arrange the transfer for you ahead of time.

There are other options, but this is by far the best. Regardless of which option you choose you should be aware that the very last boat leaving to Koh Tao is 12.00 midday.

The Seatran Ferry returns from Koh Tao to Koh Samui daily at 9:30 am and 3 pm. Should you choose the later departure then it is not adviced to have booked flights earlier than 18 pm, just to allow for details and transfer to the airport.

From Chumphon
Getting to Chumphon from Bangkok is quite easily done with either bus or train. Both options are easily bookable from Bangkok but. Again Seatran Ferry offers several combined ticket options.

It is also possible to fly to Chumphon airport but not recommendable as it would be about the same price as flying to Koh Samui and the boat ride is longer.

From Chumphon there are quite a few different operators offering to take care of the voyage, again The Seatran Ferry is the best choice with a travel time of around 2 hours. Bookings can be made online.

From Surat Thani
Travellers from Phuket & Krabi would typically need to go via Surat Thani. However, boat options are limited and and the only direct boat is an uncomfortable night boat leaving Surat Thani every night at 11 pm. We do not recommend coming to Koh Tao via Surat Thani.
