Family Tanote Bay Resort is the most upscale setup on Tanote Bay, though it's not exactly the lap of luxury. In fact, the bungalows here aren't that much fancier than some other operations here, as their prices would suggest. The good-sized bungalows are well-kept and comfortable with fresh linens but are fairly plain. They're priced according to size, location and amenities, ranging from relatively basic huts on the rocky hillside to large family units with air-con. A small shop with snacks and various supplies as well as a book exchange and selection of games are available at the reception area. As the beach at this end of Tanote Bay is mostly boulders, a private sandy area, walled off from the sea, is reserved for guests.
