Welcome to Samui Diving Services on Koh Tao, Thailand. We are affiliated with Ko Tao Resort which is located on the quiet tranquil beach of Chalok Baan Kao.

We offer quality diving in small groups, a maximum of 4 diver/student per instructor. We pride ourselves in following PADI Standards & PADI Safe Diving Practices.

Koh Tao offers good all year round diving.
The dive sites are easily reached by boat in a maximum of 50 minutes.
We actively support "Save Koh Tao" & "Biorock" eco projects.

About Us

Koh Tao is considered one of the world’s best scuba diving sites. It offers all year round diving and is suitable for all levels of divers from beginners to professionals.

Whale Sharks can be seen all year round, although the most common months are between March through to May. You just have to be lucky.

Courses

We offer different types of PADI courses to fit your needs. All courses are conducted in small groups max 4 people in one group. We offer a 5% discount to everyone whom stay at Koh Tao Resort & Paradise Zone.


Fun diver
If you are already a certified diver and you just want to blow bubbles and explore the dive sites around Koh Tao.

Join our small groups with our experianced divemaster whom will delight you with a variety of very small through to the larger marine life. We alternate our dive sites daily taking you to the best dive sites around Koh Tao. We try and select quiter dive sites to avoid the crowds of the bigger dive shops as much as possible.

Come and see why Koh Tao is known as the diving island, and experience being beneath the sea with us in small groups. We will take you on a discovery tour of the beautiful corals and tropical fish in aquarium like conditions. You will be begging for more!

Bubblemaker
Introduce scuba to your children and allow them to experience the wonder of the underwater world.

Under close supervision from one of our very experienced Instructors, participants swim around and play in shallow water with full scuba gear. From our experience kids love being under the water and exploring all the corals and tropical fish. Evan better then snorkelling..

Scuba diver
The PADI Scuba Diver is a pre-entry level certification that is perfect for vacationers or people whom do not have enough time to complete the Open Water Course.

You will get to enjoy all that diving has too offer in shallow dephts with one of our experienced Instructors. Get to swim with Nemo, Dori and other tropical fish, and come away with your first pre-entry level certification.

Open water diver

Advanced open water
Whether you're newly qualified or have many logged dives, the Advanced courses gives you confidence, skills and experience.

This is a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of our experienced instructor. This course builds on what you’ve learned and develops new capabilities by introducing you to new activities and new ways to have fun scuba diving.

Emergency first response
The Emergency First Response (EFR) program can show you how to respond if someone needs help. The Emergency First Response - Primary Care course provides extensive instruction in CPR and First Aid, as well as offering optional Secondary Care and Emergency Oxygen sections.

Rescue diver
Rescue training takes you beyond the purely recreational level by expanding your knowledge and skills to assist other divers, handle problems and emergencies, and how to prevent those problems.

The fun part about this course is rising to challenges and mastering them. Increase your awareness and problem solving. Most divers find this course both demanding and rewarding, and at the end, say it’s the best course they’ve ever taken. The rescue training teaches you to make diving more safe and enjoyable for yourself and others.

Dive Site

Koh Tao is a small island surrounded by coral reef and pinnicals that vary in depth too 40 meters.

We change our dive sites daily according to weather and water conditions. We also try and go to less crowded dive sites.

Chumphon Pinnacle

Is located about 50 min away and is considered one of the best dive sites around Koh Tao. The pinnacle starts around 14 meter and drops off to over 36 meters.

White Rock

Depth varies from 5m to 22m. It is an excellent dive for experienced divers as well as beginners with an abundance of marine life.

Twin Rocks

Depth varies from 4m to 18m. There is a variety of marine life which included the saddle back clown fish.

Green Rock

Depth varies from 5m to 28m. It offers an array of safe short tunnels and swim troughs'.

Nang Yuan Pinnacle & Cave

Depth around the pinnacle is 1 to 20m, along the short line max 14m. There is a great tunnel with plenty of light and space.

South-West Pinnacle

Depth from 6m to 28m. Huge schools of barracuda, travails and fusiliers. Harlequin sweet lips and many more.

Shark Island

Depth drops down to 28m. This sites offers a great range in fish and corals, but beware the titan trigger fish.

Hin Wong

Maximum depth of 30m. Beautiful whip coral and fan coral with huge schools of travails.

Hin Ngam/Aow Leuk

Maximum depth of 13m. Along the sand you will find flounders, gobies. On the pinnacles different shrimps, box fish, puffer fish and a resident stone fish.

Japanese Garden

Maximum depht of 18m. Average depht is 5-12m and is suitable for snorkelling and diving. This site has a very beautiful coral garden hence the name Japenese Garden.

Mango Bay

Maximum depth of 14m. Wide range of coral and reef fish aswell as big bolders. Good site for snorkeling and diving.

Sail Rock

Maximum depht of 40m. Half way to Koh Pan Yang this dive site offers a range of big and small reef fish from whale sharks too naudibranch.
